Each subscription plan includes a monthly weight allowance (40, 60, or 80 pounds) distributed across four pickups per month. You don’t need to use exactly the same amount each pickup – some weeks might be heavier, others lighter. If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional laundry is processed at $2.45 per pound. We’ll notify you if you’re approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. Life happens, and we understand. If you’re traveling, have lighter laundry weeks, or need to pause service temporarily, just let us know through the CleanCloud platform or by calling our office. We’ll adjust your schedule accordingly. Unused portions of your subscription don’t expire within your monthly cycle.
No problem at all. Our team will identify any items requiring dry cleaning, set them aside, and process them through our professional dry cleaning service. We’ll provide separate pricing for those items, and everything will be delivered together. Many customers combine both services for total wardrobe care.
